The workflow for the Open Access to ACM Digital Library During Coronavirus Pandemic. As the coronavirus/COVID-19 pandemic continues, we at ACM would like to do what we can to help support the computing community. Many computing researchers and practitioners are now working remotely. About the ACM Digital Library. The ACM Digital Library is a research, discovery and networking platform containing: The Full-Text Collection of all ACM publications, including journals, conference proceedings, technical magazines, newsletters and books. A collection of curated and hosted full-text publications from select publishers. The ACM Digital Library will provide free global access to ACM and SIG-sponsored proceedings for up to two weeks prior and subsequent to the event, provided that: Notice of the intended publication date is given in the Call for Papers. The official publication date will be the date the proceedings are made publicly accessible. ACM could transition to universal gold open access and make all content in the ACM Digital Library freely available. This would have significant implications for the ACM as a scholarly society.

The ACM Java Task Force seeks to impose few restrictions on the use of its library packages so that users have as much freedom as possible to use this software in constructive ways and can make the benefits of that work available to others.

ACM Special Interest Group (SIG) members receive full-text access to all materials sponsored by their respective SIGs in the DL.
